تئودیسه یا عدل الهی
بررسی تاریخ تحول تفکر فلسفی در غرب بیانگر آن است که از زمان افلاطون که خدای صانع (دمیورژ) با نظارة جهان معقول، جهان محسوس را به وجود آورد و گفت که خداوند نمیتواند بر برخی از ضرورتهای طبیعی فائق آید؛ تا شروع قرن هفدهم، و پیدایش دیدگاه جدید انسانمحور دکارت دربارة هستی، پیوسته یکی از موضوعات مشترک و پرسشی که برای اغلب فلاسفه در خلال مباحثی از قبیل چیستی و نحوة هستی خدا، جهان و انسان، مطرح بوده است، این پرسشهاست که: عدل چیست؟ آیا خدا عادل است؟ و آیا انسان به بهترین وجه خلق شده است؟ آیا جهان موجود، بهترین جهان ممکن است؟. تحلیل، توجیه یا هر گونه پاسخی به این مسأله از سوی فیلسوفان مسیحی پیش از لایبنیتس، اغلب صبغة کلامی داشته است. حتی در قرن پانزدهم هم این پرسش که چگونه اختیار انسان با علم پیشین و با مشیّت الهی سازگار است، محور مباحث فلسفی- کلامی است. پیشرفت علم و قوانین ضروری در علوم مختلف سبب شد که اختیار انسان خدشهدار شود. اسپینوزا و لایبنیتس هر یک به شیوة خاص خود در صدد برآمدند تا ثابت کنند که اختیار انسان و جبر علّی- معلولی علوم قابل جمعاند و خدا آنچه را که بیش از همه هماهنگی دارد، اراده میکند. موضوع تصور جهان به عنوان یک هماهنگی کلی پیشینبنیاد در آرای لایبنیتس (در قالب جوهر فرد یا مُناد) از جمله مطالبی است که در این مقاله مقدم بر بررسی چیستی و چرایی «بهترین جهان ممکن» مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت.

جایگاه زن در تفکر اسپینوزا و کانت
اسپینوزا، فیلسوف هلندی قرن هفدهم و کانت، قهرمان عصر روشنگری، در آثار خود در باب زنان و تفاوتشان با مردان بحث کرده اند. اسپینوزا در فقرات محدودی به بحث زنان و اختلاف جنسیتی مابین انسانها اشاره کرده است و بحث مستقلی در این زمینه ندارد ولی کانت ضمن آثاری مستقل ماحصل تفکراتش را در این زمینه بیان نموده است. مقالۀ حاضر بر آن بوده است که ضمن دستیابی به نگاه این دو متفکر دورۀ مدرن اروپا به زنان و جایگاه آن ها در جامعه به بررسی و مقایسۀ آرای آنها نیز بپردازد و وجوه تشابه و تفاوتشان را دریابد و به این نتیجه رسیده است که علیرغم تشابه نظرات این دو متفکر در این زمینه، فلسفۀ اسپینوزا دارای ویژگیای است که او را به عنوان منبع و حامیفلاسفۀ فمنیست نموده و از گزند انتقادات تندی که علیه کانت صورت گرفته است، مصون نگه داشته است.

کنشگری انسانی و رسالت اجتماعی دانشگاه جستجوگر حقیقت در زمانه روشنگری و دوره رومانتیزم
این مقاله پس از برجسته نمودن چیستی رسالت اجتماعی دانشگاه جستجوگر حقیقت (هومبلتی) به واکاوی نسبت این رسالت با کنشگریانسانی خواهد پرداخت. به منظور دستیابی به این مقصود، بیشتر روش تحلیل فلسفی استنتاج به کار گرفته شد. روشن نمودن معنای معیار از رسالت اجتماعی دانشگاه، نخستین گام مقاله است. گام بعدی با تکیه به این معیار به بازخوانی رسالت اجتماعی این ایده دانشگاهی خواهد پرداخت. تار و پود این بخش، بیشتر، قسمتی از اندیشههای اصلی فیشته و هومبلت، دو ایدهپرداز نهاد دانشگاه در عصر روشنگری خواهد بود. یافتن مولفههای اصلی کشنگری انسانی در این ایده و نسبت آن با این مقوله گام اصلی مقاله را در بر خواهد گرفت. دستاورد مقاله نشان میدهد که گسترش فرهیختگی در اجتماع و اعتلای فرهنگ اخلاقی ملت، به عنوان رسالت اجتماعی این ایده، بدون توجه به کنشگریانسانی، امری ناشدنی خواهند بود. فراتر از این، به نظر میرسد در این ایده، اصلیترین نمود کنشگری آدمی را باید در رسالت اجتماعی آن جست؛ تا جایی که میتوان از در همتنیدگی استوار این دو سخن به میان آورد. ذکر پارهای از دلایل ماندگاری این ایده و اشاره به شماری از ظرفیت های الهامبخش آن، که میتواند در ایدهپردازیهای نو درباره نهاد دانشگاه در ایران کارگر باشد، بخش پایانی مقاله را در بر خواهد گرفت.

دیدگاهی در مورد واقعیت فیزیکی
در این مقاله، کوشش می شود تا شروطی برای واقعیت فیزیکی ارائه گردد. این شروط، به طور خاص برای کمیات فیزیکی واقعی و توصیفات (فیزیکی) واقعی بیان می شود. اصل اساسی در ارائه این شروط، اصل تقارنی است که در مورد چارچوب های مرجع برقرار است. در موضعی که در این مقاله اتخاذ شده است، تقارن پیمانه ای مبین واقعی بودن است که این مفهوم خود به معنی توصیفات مختلف از یک وضعیت فیزیکی است. بر اساس این شروط، کمیات فیزیکی واقعی و توصیفات(فیزیکی) واقعی آنهایی هستند که مستقل از چارچوب های مرجع اند؛ به زبان ریاضی توصیفات واقعی، با مفهومی با عنوان هم وردایی عام جوهری ارمن (Earman) بیان می شود که در دیدگاه وی، هم وردایی عام جوهری متمایز کننده نظریه نسبیت عام از نظریه های دیگر، همچون نسبیت خاص و مکانیک نیوتنی است.

سوبژکتیویته در فلسفه دکارت
سوبژکتیویته عبارت است از اصالت من انسان در قلمروهای معرفت شناسی، جهان شناسی، اخلاق، زیبا شناسی، هنر، دین و علم. شکاکیت عمومی دکارت اورا به سوبژکتیویته رهنمون شد، زیرا او بعد از شک در همه چیز، وجود خود را به صورت اولین و تنها موجود یقینی یافت و بر همین پایه، قضیۀ« می اندیشم پس هستم» را شالوده هر نوع شناختی و هرگونه موجودی در عالم، از جمله وجود خداوند و اشیای جسمانی، قرار داد. دکارت عقل آدمی را در مسئله شناخت،بی نیاز از غیر خود دانست و در این راستا برای شکل دادن به ساختمان علم، فقط به سراغ مفاهیم فطری ذهنی می رود، مفاهیمی که تنها با قاعده ی وضوح و تمایز، که خود برگرفته از ذهن آدمی است، می توان بدانها دست یافت.اصالت سوژه (من انسان)، تمام بخشهای فلسفه دکارت را دربرگرفته و در این فلسفه تمام جهان، به صورت مجموعهای از ابژه ها، خودنمایی میکند و عالم جز تصویری که آدمی از آن ساخته است، حقیقت دیگری ندارد. بنابراین، یگانه سوژه حقیقی، چیزی نیست جز من انسانی و لذا گستره سوبژکتیویته در فلسفه دکارت کاملاً مشهود است. فلسفه دکارت با چنین نگاه سوبژکتیوی فلسفه جدید غرب را به مسیری نو انداخت. از این رو دوران جدید را، دوران سوبژ کتیویسم نامیدهاند.

رویارویی تفسیرگرایی حقوقی و پراگماتیسم حقوقی: یک ارزیابی
تفسیرگرایی حقوقی رونالد دورکین دارای مؤلفههایی است که میتواند توأمان نقطۀ قوت نظریۀ او و نقطۀ ضعف آن باشد. اصلیترینِ این مؤلفهها مفهوم «صعود نظری» در نظام فلسفی اوست. او با پیش کشیدن این مفهوم بنیان بسیاری از نظریههای پراگماتیستی را، به ویژه در فلسفۀ اخلاق و فلسفۀ حقوق، نشانه میرود. از سوی دیگر، آمیختگیِ این مفهوم با فرضهای متافیزیکی گرانبار، خودِ این مفهوم را در برابر انتقادهای پراگماتیستی آسیبپذیر میکند. در این جستار، دو هدف عمده را دنبال میکنم: 1) خواهم کوشید با زدودن این فرضهای متافیزیکی، نظریۀ او را با رویّههای عملی قضات و حقوقدانانْ همخوانتر و بدین طریق کارایی آن را بیشتر کنم؛ 2) نشان دهم که تفسیرگرایی او با تکیه بر مفهوم «صعود نظری»، به شرط کاستن از تضمنات متافیزیکی، نقش نظریه را در رویّۀ حقوقی بهتر از نظریههای پراگماتیستی نشان میدهد. به تعبیری، نشان خواهم داد که تعدیلی از هر دو سو، یعنی از سوی تفسیرگرایی حقوقی و پراگماتیسم حقوقی، ما را به سمت نظریۀ حقوقی جامعتری سوق خواهد داد که هم حق «بُعد نظری» در رویّههای حقوقی حقوقدانان و قضات ادا شود و هم حق استلزامات جزئینگرِ رویّههای حقوقی.

داباوری شکاکانه و محدودیتهای شناختیِ بشر
یکی از مهمترین استدلالاتی که به نفع محدودیت شناختی بشر از سوی خداباورانشکاک (خداباورانی که قائل به محدویت شناختی بشر در شناخت اهداف و دلایل خداوند هستند) ارائه شده، «تمثیل والدین» استفان ویکستراست. ویکسترا با ارائۀ این استدلال، نشان میدهد همانطور که کودک نمیتواند دلایل والدینش را برای رواداری رنج بداند، آدمی نیز نمیتواند از دلایل خداوند برای رواداری رنج آگاه باشد. به همینخاطر از نظر او نمیتوان از نیافتن دلایل خداوند به نبودِ آنها استنتاج کرد. ازاینرو استدلال قرینهای شر ناتمام میماند. این استدلال از سوی فیلسوفانی چون بروس راسل و ویلیام رو و ترنت دوئرتی به چالش کشیده شده است. آنها در مقابل این استدلال، «تمثیل والدین مهربان» را عرضه میکنند که عکسِ استدلال ویکسترا، مطرح میکند والدین عاشق و مهربان در زمان سختی و رنج، کودکشان را تنها نمیگذارند یا به طریقی سعی میکنند تا دلیلِ سختی و رنج را برای کودک روشن کنند. لذا از نظر آنها اگر خداباوری صادق باشد، انتظار میرود که این جهان، جهانی شفاف باشد و بتوان به دلایل خداوند پی برد. در این مقاله میکوشیم نشان دهیم اساساً «تمثیل والدین» با محدودیتهایی مواجه است که نه میتوان به سودِ خداباوری شکاکانه از آن بهره جست و نه علیه آن. از سوی دیگر ادعای شفافیت منتقدان را نیز نقد خواهیم کرد. در نهایت با پرداختن به استدلالات آلستون نشان خواهیم داد که ادعای محدودیت شناختی از سوی خداباوران شکاک بدون پشتوانه نیست. ملاحظه خواهیم کرد که استدلالات او معتبر است. از این رو، میتوان، ادعای محدودیت شناختی از سوی خداباوران شکاک را موجه دانست.

تحلیل بنیادین هگل از کار در بخش خدایگانی و بندگی پدیدارشناسی و نقد مارکس از آن و برنهادن پراکسیس به مثابه بنیانی جدید در افق فکر هگل
مارکس در دستنوشتههای اقتصادی-فلسفی 1844 صراحتاً دستاورد بزرگ هگل در پدیدارشناسی روح را کشف ذات کار اعلام میکند. اما در همان جا بیان میکند که فهم هگل از کار یکسویه و انتزاعی است و وی فقط جنبۀ مثبت کار را دریافته است. مدعای ما در این مقاله آن است که مارکس در آثار اولیۀ خود بنیانی فلسفی مبتنی بر مفهوم کار (پراکسیس) در افق فکر هگل برمینهد و به میانجیِ آن حلّ و رفعِ دیالکتیکیِ (Aufhebung) فلسفۀ نظرورزانۀ هگل را رقم میزند. در این راستا، ابتدا فهمِ بنیادین و متافیزیکیِ هگل از مفهوم کار را با عطفِ نظر به بخش «خدایگانی وبندگی» پدیدارشناسی صورتبندی میکنیم. یعنی نشان خواهیم داد که چگونه کار در هگل مبنایی برای پیوند سوژه و ابژه است. سپس درصدد خواهیم بود تا نشان دهیم مارکس چگونه با اقتضائات منطقِ دیالکتیکیِ هگل، یکسویهگی اندیشۀ هگل را نقد کرده و پراکسیس را بهمثابۀ تنیدگیِ سوژه و ابژه تألیف میکند.

خوانش الن بدیو از پل قدیس
فلسفه و الهیات سیاسی معاصر از جنبههای مختلف به خوانش دوبارهی پل رسول دست زدهاند. اما نزد بدیو این توجه در مواجهه با وضعیت بیمار فلسفهی معاصر و تبدیل شدن آن به سفسطه صورت میگیرد و پل بهعنوان پادفیلسوف، الگوی فلسفه وکسی که به پرسش معاصر از «شرایط تحقق یک تکینگی کلی» پاسخ میدهد، برای بدیو اهمیت مییابد. در این مقاله چرایی و چگونگی اهمیت پل برای بدیو مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد و با تأمل در جزئیات خوانش بدیو از پل(بازفعالکردن پل) رهیافت بدیو به مسائل و اهداف فلسفهی رخداد آشکار میشود. بدینترتیب توجه بر تفسیر پل بهعنوان بخشی از پروژهی فلسفی رخداد بدیو مسیر فهم اندیشهی بدیو را هموار میکند. از سویی دیگر با این نمونه از تاریخ مسیحی روشن میشود که چگونه بدیو حقیقت را به سیاست پیوند میزند و فیگور سیاسی رخداد را بازآفرینی میکند.در پایان انتقاداتی که به خوانش بدیو از پل قدیس وارد شده و بیشتر از جانب الهیدانان است، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و به آنها پاسخ داده میشود.

انگیزههای سیاسی تفکر فلسفی رورتی
رورتی با به چالشکشیدن کل سنت فلسفی غرب که به عقیده او باعث دوگانهانگاریهای مختلف بیفایده نظری در طول تاریخ فلسفه شده است،درصدد است در بستر"فرهنگ رستگاریبخش ادبی"به ساختارشکنی مسائل مختلف فلسفه و رفع این دوگانهانگاریها مبادرت ورزد.به عقیده او فیلسوفان سنتی با باور به واقعیتهای فراانسانی و فراتاریخی به انسانها به مثابه خادمان و کاشفان آن واقعیت بیرونی نگاه میکردند.اما رورتی با ایجاد خط انشقاقی میان حوزهی خصوصی وحوزهی عمومی میخواهدسهم و دخالت فیلسوفان را در ارائه دیدگاههای نظری و فلسفی مشخص کند و ادعا کند حوزه سیاست نیازی به آن ندارد که مبانی خود را از معیارهای فردی حوزهی خصوصی کسب نماید؛چیزی که زمینه بلندپروازیهای متافیزیکی فیلسوفان را فراهم میآورد.به منظور مقابله با چنین تفکری،رورتی به جای مفهوم سنتی حقیقت(مفهوم حقیقت به مثابه محور اندیشه سنت فلسفی)،بحث همبستگی را پیش میکشد؛یعنی توافق بر سر مسائل گوناگون که نتیجهی نگاه پراگماتیکی ما به امور و متاثر از هنجارهای جامعهی خاص و استفاده ابزاری ما از واژگانها است.به عقیده رورتی انسانها با خلق واژگان جدید که ابزارهای سازگاری با زیستبوم هستند درصدد ایجاد همبستگی هرچه بیشتر و به تبع در مسیر جامعهای عدالتمحور و آزاد و به دور از هر گونه تبعیض و رنج گام برمیدارند.در چنین جامعهای است که حقیقت خود را از طریق پویاییهای آن جامعه نشان خواهد داد.فرض ما اینست که اندیشهی فلسفی(یا به تعبیر بهتر،پسافلسفی)رورتی پیش از هر چیز در راستای یک اندیشهی سیاسی و اتخاذ رویکرد شووینیستی اوست.به عبارت دیگر، مهیا ساختن زمینه برای برقراری یک جامعهی لیبرال-دموکرات باعث اندیشه های فلسفی وی شده است.
