The present issue is a comparative study of the conceptualization of God with Al-Kindi and Uthulujiyya to determine the degree of Al-Kindi's independence from Uthulujiyya or to determine the degree of similarity between Al-Kindi`s thought and the text of Uthulujiyya in the conceptualization of God. Therefore, there are questions raised, about how approach these common terms, semantically are in Uthulujiyya and Al-Kind’s thought? And how adaptable that are their application for Uthulujiyya and Al-Kindi? Can Al- Kindi's thought and the book of Uthulujiyya about the concept of God be reconciled? In this article, we examine the concepts in both and analyze them, we find the concept of God in Uthulujiyya and Al-Kindi in concepts such as being, cause and One, Close to each other but in Concept of Aysa and Moeeis are different. خدای فلسفی با مفاهیم و اصطلاحات فلسفی مانند «وجود»، «علت»، «فعل محض» تبیین می‌شود که در اثولوجیا علاوه ‌بر آنها از «واحد محض»، و «نور» و «نااندیشیده بودن» نیز سخن گفته شده است. در کندی نیز علاوه ‌بر دو اصطلاح نخست، از «فاعلیت» و «حق» برای مفهوم خدا سخن به میان آمده است. مسئله حاضر بررسی تطبیقی مفهوم‌سازی خدا نزد کندی و اثولوجیا است تا میزان استقلال کندی از اثولوجیا یا میزان قرابت میان اندیشه کندی و متن اثولوجیا در مفهوم‌سازی خدا مشخص گردد. براین اساس پرسش‌هایی مطرح می‌شود اصطلاحات مشترک در مفهوم خدا در اثولوجیا و اندیشه کندی چقدر از حیث معنایی بهم نزدیک هستند و کاربست آنها برای اثولوجیا و کندی چقدر قابل تطبیق و انطباق است؟ آیا اندیشه کندی و کتاب اثولوجیا دربارۀ مفهوم خدا را می‌توان بهم تحویل دارد؟ براین اساس در این نوشتار، با بررسی مفاهیم در هردو و تحلیل و بررسی آنها، مفهوم‌سازی خدا در اثولوجیا و رسائل فلسفی کندی را در مفاهیمی مانند وجود و علت و واحد بهم نزدیک و در مفاهیمی مانند «مؤیّس» متفاوت می‌یابیم.
