چکیده
در این نوشتار تلاش شده با رویکرد تفسیری و چارچوب نظری جان مارو، حاکمیت هوش مصنوعی بر اساس دیدگاه پدیدارشناسان سیاسی تبیین شود. بنابر سوال اصلی، چگونه پدیدارشناسی سیاسی بینش‌هایی دربارۀ مفهوم حاکمیت هوش مصنوعی ارائه می‌دهد؟ بنابر فرضیه، پدیدارشناسی حاکمیت هوش مصنوعی را دارای عقلانیت ابزاری ریاضی و پوزیتیویستی می‌داند. سیستم‌های ریاضی که به زیست جهان شکل می‌دهند باعث شکل‌گیری حاکمیت سیاسی هوش مصنوعی شده است. نتایج پژوهش نیز نشان می‌دهد پدیدارشناسان سیاسی در فرایند شکل‌گیری حاکمیت هوش مصنوعی به سیستم‌های ریاضی اشاره می‌کنند، سیستم‌های رسمی _ ریاضی که جهان ریاضی را پدید می‌آورد موجب ریاضی‌سازی و دیجیتال‌سازی زیست جهان و افق سیاسی آن می‌شود و در نهایت حاکمیت هوش مصنوعی پدید می‌آید. معتقدند حاکمیت هوش مصنوعی موجب قاب‌بندی انسان و ریاضی‌سازی وجود و معنای آن می‌شود که حقیقت و حقوق انسان را مطابق با فضای مصنوعی ریاضی ایجاد می‌کند. این فرآیند با توسعه فلسفی هستی و آزادی انسان همراه نیست و به نوعی فراموش‌کردن زیست جهان و در تضاد با معنای انسانی پدیدارشناسی است و این روند را باعث تضعیف فضیلت‌های باستانی و تحریف کنش سیاسی به معنای فضای سیاسی دولتشهری می‌دانند و ضمن اتخاذ بینش کیهانی و ضد مدرنیسم، عمدتاً وابستگی خود را به فضیلت‌ها و حقوق و قانون طبیعی نظام‌های سیاسی پیشامدرن بر ضد نظام‌های مدرن جهان ریاضی نشان می‌دهند.

In this article, an attempt has been made to explain the governance of AI based on the perspective of political phenomenologists with Morrow's interpretive approach and theoretical framework. The main question is: How does political phenomenology provide insights into the concept of AI governance?According to the hypothesis, the phenomenology of AI governance has a mathematical and positivist rationality. The mathematical systems that shape the life-world have given rise to the political governance of AI. The results of the research also show that political phenomenologists refer to mathematical systems in the process of forming the rule of artificial intelligence, the formal systems of mathematics that create the mathematical world cause the mathematisation of the life-world and its political horizon and finally the sovereignty of AI emerges. They believe that the rule of AI causes the Ge-stell and mathematisation of human existence and meaning, which creates truth and human rights according to the artificial mathematical space. This process is not related to the philosophical development of existence and human freedom, and it is a kind of forgetting the life-world and is in conflict with the human meaning of phenomenology, and they consider this process to be the cause of the attenuation of ancient virtues and the distortion of political action in the sense of the political space of the city-state, and while adopting a cosmic vision and anti-modernism mainly shows its dependence on the virtues and rights and natural law of pre-modern political systems against the modern systems of the mathematical world.
