نگاه انتقادی گاتینگ به الگوهای معرفت شناختی مستقل از حقیقت در باور به وجود خدا

چکیده

گری‌ گاتینگ(Gary Gutting) از فیلسوفانی است که در زمینه‌ فلسفه‌ دین آراء ارزشمندی دارد. وی رویکردهای فیلسوفانی مانند ویتگنشتاین، آکویناس و پلانتینگا را در مواجهه با توجیه باورهای دینی رویکرد مستقل از حقیقت می‌نامد و البته چنین رویکردی را نادرست می‌داند. در خصوص رویکرد ویتگنشتاینی گاتینگ معتقد است غیر دین‌داران نیز با شناخت قوانین حرکت‌های بازی زبانی دین تاحدی هرچند اندک زبان دین را فهم کرده و می‌توانند سازگاری یا ناسازگاری میان باورهای دینی را تشخیص داده و ارزیابی کنند. از آنجا که گاتیتنگ معتقد است نظریات ویتگنشتاینی تصویر دقیقی از زبان دین ارائه نمی‌دهد، وی در ادامه دیدگاه توماس آکویناس در خصوص زبان تمثیلی از دین را با تکیه بر تقریر دیوید بورل مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. اما وی معتقد است ارائه‌ی تصویری از خدا با زبانی که کاملا مخصوص به خدا بوده و در مورد سایر موجودات کاربردی ندارد، همچنان گزاره‌ی خدا وجود دارد را بی‌نیاز از توجیه نمی‌کند. در نهایت گاتینگ پس از تقریر دیدگاه پلانتینگا دیدگاه وی را نیز مخدوش دانسته و معتقد است کاملا محتمل است که مومنان معتقد به پایه بودن باور به وجود خداوند و مومنان معتقد به پایه نبودن باور به وجود خداوند به لحاظ معرفتی همتا باشند به گونه ای که نتوان نظر یکی را بر دیگری ترجیح داد نهایتا گاتینگ دیدگاه‌های مستقل از حقیقت را ناکارآمد دانسته و معتقد است رویکرد حقیقت محور در توجیه باور به خدا با موفقیت بیشتری همراه خواهد بود.

چکیده [English]

Justification of believe in god had been one of the most challenging problem throughout history of philosophy. The problem is "is believe in god epistemically justified?" Gutting''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s theory in justification of theism is combined of two parts. He critiques Witgenstainian''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s view firstly, and then considers Aquinas view, Plantinga''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s view and some other views as incorrect views on theism firstly. Gutting says Witgenstainians and Tomistic approaches cannot draw a religious language exactly. He also considers Plantinga''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s view as an incorrect view, because it is possible, there are epistemic peers to believers that existence of god is not as fundamental belief for them. Discussing his own view Gutting justify believing in god regarding religious experience. This article explains Gutting''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s critique on Witgenstainian''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s, Tomistic and Planting''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s approach on justification of believe in god.
